The PowerPlanner calculator is designed to operate without requiring a user account. Calculator inputs should not include electricity token numbers, meter numbers, account numbers, addresses or other personal information.

If a tester voluntarily provides feedback or a receipt, the tester should remove personal and account-identifying information before submission. Information supplied for testing should be used only to evaluate and improve the PowerPlanner calculation model.

This policy should be updated to describe the hosting provider, analytics, cookies, contact forms and other services actually enabled on the published WordPress site.
